Re-Tarted

I’ve always wish tart crusts were alot bigger and thicker. Many many years later, my dream came true…in the middle of the night, doughs were kneaded and fridged. And the next day, doughs were rolled and ovened.

And 20 mins later…tada!!

Now I’m in heaven…all that buttery crusts…excellent with apricot jam!
